Maxime Frézal

Holding a master’s degree in criminal law from France, Maxime Frézal completed an equivalency program at the Université de Montréal before entering the École du Barreau du Québec. He is currently working as an articling student at Bessette Avocats.

Backed by eight years of solid experience as a compliance analyst within various financial institutions in France and Canada — including banks, a broker dealer, and a portfolio and investment fund manager — Maxime possesses deep expertise in regulatory risk management and breach prevention.

Driven by a strong interest in civil and commercial litigation, he actively contributes to the firm's cases by supporting the attorneys, while placing access to justice and the popularization of legal concepts at the core of his daily practice.
