Agathe Chemla

Me Agathe Chemla joined Bessette Avocats Inc. in October 2025, after completing her internship at a private firm in civil litigation and business law. She specializes in business and corporate law, assisting clients with the structuring, negotiation, and development of their business projects, including the incorporation of companies, the drafting, review, and negotiation of business contracts, as well as the preparation of shareholders’ agreements.

A graduate of the University of Montreal, Me Chemla developed her analytical skills, leadership, and professional abilities through diverse experiences, including active involvement in the University's debate committee and completing a community law internship in housing. She also represented her institution as a finalist in the 2019 Visez droit oratory competition.

Building on these experiences, Me Chemla brings rigor, creativity, and a business oriented perspective to her clients, offering effective and tailored solutions. She works with professionalism and dedication, fostering strong and lasting relationships based on trust.
